The amount of the attorney’s remuneration under a monthly subscription depends on the volume of legal cases during the current month, as the subscription covers current legal services to the company or trader, including:

• Oral and written consultations and advices in the field of Commercial and Labour law, as well as in the specific field of business of the company / trader
• Drafting contracts and other company documents
• Assistance in drafting employment contracts, orders, job descriptions, etc.
• Assistance in the process of negotiating and concluding all kinds of legal transactions
• Other negotiated legal services on demand

* For litigation, legal protection and assistance to the company / trader in court proceedings, the attorney’s remuneration is payable separately from the monthly subscription, for each judical instance
